LSC: A MODIFIED DIP TRANSFER ARC WITH EXTREMELY HIGH ARC STABILITY

The result: High quality weld seams with the least spattering and an increased deposition rate.

The TPS/i power source platform allows large amounts of additional information to be powerfully processed, which enables the process states occurring during the short circuit (start and break-up of the short circuit) to be recognised extremely quickly.

During critical process states such as the short circuit or droplet detachment, the current is reduced as quickly as possible to create a quieter process with less spatter.

PMC: A MODIFIED PULSED ARC THAT ACHIEVES EVEN BETTER WELDING RESULTS DURING PULSE WELDING.

The powerful hardware enables a remarkably fast response during welding, whereby the arc can be controlled even more effectively. The advanced SynchroPulse process and the newly developed penetration and arc length stabilisers simplify the use of this proven welding process.
