UTP 65 5/64" Diameter Maintenance Electrode Rutile-coated austenitic-ferritic special stick electrode.

Broken Stud Removal is easy with bolts that have broken off inside their casting. 

• Use proper size electrode for the hole size you are welding into
• A copper tube or shim stock can be used to wrap in the hole to protect the threads
• Strike the arc at the bottom of the hole and with small motions, fill up the hole to the top
• Place a washer over the weld and join the two by filling the hole with weld
• Weld a nut onto the washer and allow to cool
