Why Flap discs vs. Grinding Wheels or Resin Fiber Discs:
- Flap discs offer up to 5X stock removal, less gouging of the work piece easier to control for better work piece quality less changeover = less downtime, less glazing, loading and workpiece discoloration.
- Vast improvement in metal removal over a period of time.
- High quality Aluminum Oxide grain with a tough polyester heat treated backing.
- 2nd tier calcium stearate reduces material build up between grains. This product design allows the end user to keep the material cooler and helps prevent loading with Aluminum, non-ferrous metals and blending stainless steel.
