Do you sell gift certificates?

At this time we do not offer any gift certificates.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Yes, you will be charged HST based on your jurisdiction.

Why can’t I use a debit card?

At this time Lock 8 only accepts debit at our Port Colborne Location

Can I finance my purchase?

At this time Lock 8 does not offer a financing option for purchases.

Are there shipping charges?

Some items are identifed as "Free Shipping". If one item ships free, they all do. We have a flat fee of 15.00 that will cover most of the other items, unless one of them does not qualify. The cost for the item that does not qualify, will be shown at checkout, and that freight cost will also cover all other shipments on your order. Your shipping options will be shown to you during check out.

I never received an order confirmation?

Please submit an inquiry via email – we will gladly resend your email confirmation.

What payment methods do you accept?

At this time we accept Visa, and Mastercard. Debit and Cash are also available when doing pickups in our Port Colborne Location.
